Día de las Paellas

Every year in a small beach town called Benicàssim located in Valencia, Spain, they dedicate a whole day to paella. They close down the streets and groups of friends and family set up fire pits to make paellas. The town is filled with people, music, laughter, drinking, and dancing in celebration of the region’s beloved dish.
